Hi, I’m Bonnie.

Welcome to Somedays Psychology. I provide a caring, supportive and non-judgmental space for people to feel heard when seeking support. I am passionate about helping people across the lifespan thrive throughout a wide range of challenges.

I focus on strengths and values by tailoring therapy to align with the unique needs of each person. My therapeutic approach is broad and includes:
